How To Use Your Pen
Self-administering with the NAD+ Pen is straightforward when you follow each step carefully:
- Load The Cartridge – Unscrew the pen body and insert a fresh NAD+ cartridge.
- Attach The Needle – Screw on a sterile micro-needle, keeping the protective cover on until ready.
- Prime & Set Dose – Prime the device to remove air, then turn the dial to set your prescribed dose.
- Clean & Inject – Clean the injection site with an alcohol wipe, pinch the skin gently, and press the pen activator for a smooth delivery.
- Dispose Safely – Remove the used needle, place it in a sharps bin, and return the pen to refrigeration.
Device Care & Maintenance +
Wipe the exterior of the pen with a clean, damp cloth if necessary. Do not submerge the pen in water or use harsh chemicals. When a cartridge is loaded, store the pen in the refrigerator between 2–8°C (35.6–46.4°F). Do not freeze.
Returns & Warranty +
The NAD+ Life Auto-Injector Pen is covered against manufacturing defects. For hygiene and safety reasons, once the device has been used, it cannot be returned unless faulty. Please refer to our standard returns policy as set out on our Returns page.
