Modern Slavery Policy
Last updated: 19 April 2026
1. Introduction
Clinical Services Group Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), operator of the NAD+ Life® brand, is committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and all forms of exploitation in every part of our business and supply chain.
Although our annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold that triggers the statutory reporting obligation under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we publish this statement voluntarily to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to ethical business practice.
2. Our Business
Clinical Services Group Ltd is a UK-registered company operating in the healthcare and wellness sector. Our activities include:
- Operating CQC-regulated clinical services (CQC Registration No. 1-26088938261)
- Retailing NAD+ wellness products through the NAD+ Life® brand
- Operating online pharmacy and healthcare e-commerce platforms
Our registered office is 28 Maises Way, South Normanton, Derbyshire, DE55 2DS. We are a small to medium-sized enterprise with a UK-based workforce.
3. Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain includes manufacturers and suppliers of NAD+ wellness products, medical test kits, packaging materials, and logistics providers. We source predominantly from established suppliers within the UK and the European Union, with a smaller number of ingredient and raw material suppliers located in other regions.
We recognise that the healthcare and wellness supply chain can be exposed to modern slavery risks at the raw material, manufacturing, and logistics stages, particularly where supply chains extend internationally.
4. Policies and Commitments
We are committed to conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. Our internal policies supporting this commitment include:
- A zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced labour
- Compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the Employment Rights Act 1996, and all relevant UK employment and human rights legislation
- Payment of at least the National Living Wage to all UK-based employees and direct contractors
- A Whistleblowing channel through which any person may raise concerns about suspected modern slavery or unethical practice, in confidence and without fear of retaliation
- A Supplier Code of Conduct that requires our suppliers to comply with all applicable anti-slavery and anti-trafficking laws
5. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence
We assess modern slavery risk across our business and supply chain through:
- Reviewing supplier locations, sectors, and sub-contracting arrangements
- Preferring UK and EU-based suppliers wherever practicable, given their regulatory environment and audit accessibility
- Incorporating anti-slavery provisions into supplier onboarding and purchase agreements
- Periodically reviewing longstanding supplier relationships for continued compliance
- Maintaining visibility over labour arrangements in our warehousing and fulfilment operations
Where we identify higher-risk suppliers (for example, those sourcing ingredients from regions with known exposure), we request additional assurances and documentation before engaging or continuing to trade with them.
6. Training and Awareness
We provide our employees with training and internal guidance to help them recognise the signs of modern slavery and understand how to report concerns. Our Superintendent Pharmacist and senior management team have responsibility for promoting an ethical culture and for ensuring this policy is understood and applied.
7. Reporting Concerns
We encourage anyone who suspects modern slavery, exploitation, or human trafficking — whether in our own business, our supply chain, or elsewhere — to report their concerns.
You can contact us confidentially at:

8. Continuous Improvement
We recognise that preventing modern slavery is an ongoing responsibility. We will continue to:
- Review this policy annually or sooner if our business, supply chain, or the law changes
- Strengthen supplier due diligence as our business grows
- Update this statement to reflect progress and any new measures introduced
- Engage with industry-wide initiatives and guidance where appropriate
9. Approval
