Refrigerate NAD+ cartridges and nasal spray bottles at 2-8 degrees Celsius. Protect from direct light. Do not freeze. The pen itself and buccal strip packaging can be stored at room temperature.

Yes. The Cooling Travel Case is designed for exactly this purpose, with reusable cold packs to maintain temperature on the go. For air travel, keep the kit in your carry-on luggage and carry documentation of the contents. Check airline rules regarding medical needles before flying.

Place used needles directly into the sharps disposal bin included with your kit. Never place needles in household waste. When full, dispose of the sharps bin through your local pharmacy take-back scheme or council sharps disposal service.

This is completely normal, particularly with higher-concentration cartridges. A slight yellow tint does not indicate reduced quality or potency. Do not use the product if the solution appears cloudy, discoloured beyond a light tint, or if the packaging is damaged.
